Heavy duty industrial doors description
In collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
The Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki helped us with the making of the door, which in cooperation with the Research and Development Department of AMP designed the sliding guide for the heavy duty cold storage industrial doors.

Door leaf
Standard door leaf insulated with BAYER fire-resistant polyurethane Germany density 40-42 kg/m³ non-flammable, with pouring in a heated press of 500 tons.
Stainless steel perimeter frame
Stainless steel perimeter frame on the door leaf for maximum mechanical strength.
Aluminum Frame
Aluminium frame with thermal barrier, with aluminium counter frame for easy installation. Unbreakable, withstands the impact of pallet trucks.
Sliding guide
New sliding guide with snap-on arms for perfect of the door to the guide. With changeable door opening direction.
Stainless steel handles
Stainless steel outer handle of very strong and modern construction. Stainless steel ergonomic inner handle
Soft double sealing gaskets
New double gaskets, soft sponge for absolute sealing. No loss of cooling energy.

AMP Heavy duty industrial cold storage door optional inox implementation
AMP's heavy duty industrial inox cold storage door is made of German-sourced INOX 304 sheet metal (plain or circular pattern), which prevents corrosion and rust. It is resistant to hard use, chemicals and impacts, so it has a long life without needing much maintenance. It can be disinfected with water, soap or disinfectants without damaging the surface or its appearance. It is installed with a stainless steel corner case, internally reinforced with durable heavy-duty PVC, with a modern German design and high mechanical strength. It is also easy to clean as it does not catch bacteria, fungus or mold.
